Went to the Bra store for the first time today.
Saturday during my ride I noticed the stitching on my Sugoi bibs was coming apart and I had a hole int he side of my shorts. I found out the warranty is for 1 year and mine were older. I went to the local cleaners and asked the tailor if she can sew it closed, but she couldn't do the needed stitch and felt it would tear the fabric.
My wife suggested I go to the bra store she uses since they have a seamstress that does alterations to spandex "control" garments.
30 minutes and $12 later it was fixed, as good as new.
On a scale of 1-10 the clientele was a 8... my lucky day.

on a scale of 1-10, this thread started off as a 5, went to a 9 and then began a rapid decent towards a 2...which is where all adolescent conversations devolve...and where I am most comfortable...

"You want me to wear a bra?"
"No, no, a bra is for ladies. Meet the Bro!"
"Bro's no good. Too ethnic."
"You got something better?"
"How about the Mansiere?"
"Mansiere."
"That's right. A brassiere for a man."

And was this a "while you wait" service? Decent lobby area with Drag Queen Monthly and stale morning coffee?

Technically it's a flatlock machine that is used for many seams in lycra cycling garments, like this: Juki MF-7523 3Needle, 4Thread Top Bottom CoverHem Stitch Flatlock FLATBED Machine MF7523, Diff Feed/DogIncline FabricPressure SetUp PowerStand 6500SPM at AllBrands.com

Overlock or sergers can be used to emulate a flatlock stitch in some cases.

^^^^^ Looigi, you are filled with tons of information. I'm beginning to think of you as the Wikipedia of these forums. Good job.
