My oldest daughter qualifies for 50+ today.

Or she would if she bicycled.

How'd that happen? I'm not old enough to have 50 year old kids.

Congratulations...I think.

My odest will turn 30 next year. I must have had her when I was 10 or so.

I guess you must have started very young.
Happy birthday to your daughter. She shares her birthday with my wife who turns, ummm, somewhat more than 50 today.

My oldest (and only) daughter is 2½, I doubt I will see her turn 50, and I will be 100 at that time....

I feel your pain.

Coming out of the store yesterday we met a woman who had been in a youth group we worked with. Hadn't seen her in awhile. Asked her if the young man beside her was her son?

"No, this is my oldest grandson. He's 9".

I'm only 52, but my wife is 8 years older. She had her first daughter early, my step-daughter had a son early, he, (my grandson) had a daughter 2 years ago; so I am a great-grandfather. That makes my mother-in-law a great-great-grandmother...

Sounds like fun!!!! Congrats, I am waiting patiently for a grand child but I don't think my daughters have that on their minds as of yet.

My first was born when I was 34 - if he were 50 instead of 30 I'd be 84. Truly 50+ !
