It reminds me a bit of the scene in "Notting Hill," in which the paraplegic lawyer throws her arms around her husband's neck and smiles down as he carries her up the stairs.

That bike chair is a great innovation, and I am sure it does her a world of good just to get out in the fresh air and to interact a bit with people along the way.
