Help: Cervelo P3 is this sizing correct?

This this info correct regarding the recommend height of a rider it would be good for?

51cm frame(takes only 650C wheels). -Geometry: Seattube is 55cm center to top and 51cm center to center. The toptube is 51cm center to center. Headtube is 12cm. The bike should be good for average riders 5'3 - 5'6 plus or minus an inch depending how you like your fit.

Note: I am not sure what year the frame is.

I'm sure there are other important things, but make sure the stand over height will work for you. You'll have to measure your inseam and see if you have clearance. IMO thats one of the things you can't adjust with a longer stem/post.
