Cleat adjustment guide

Anyone have a link to a good "do-it-yourself" cleat adjustment guide? Maybe one that even mentions the use of shims or wedges?

I couldn't find his cleat adjustment blog post. Just some strange one about a mid-foot cleat. Think he made it so only premium members could view it?

Go to his web site, Self Help menu at the top select Blog Posts A-Z and look for Power to the Pedal-Cleat position.
