Speaking of winter poundage, check this training video out! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gjarGu12yTY

I put it on the TV while on the trainer. Was a great work out.

After playing with the bike the last couple weeks I was seriously considering a larger frame. I wen't to a bike shop and spoke to a guy to inquire about a bike fit. He asked me how tall I was, I told him, and he said I needed to be on a 56 frame. He recommended I get a new frame before the fit to start off right. He only used my height as a basis of frame size which didn't sound right. Wen't to another bike shop for a second opinion, I was measured and had a meaningful conversation about fit. I took my measurements home and my inseam that I took, was off from the bike shop measurement. I played around with the bike a bit more, finally got some road time to test and it feels dialed. Just some minor adjustments. No new frame for me, bike feels good, i'm happy.

My inseam is 85cm! I was way off and thought for sure I would need a bigger frame. I was wrong, just raised the saddle 1cm and added a little more setback. Everything worked out.

Setback - 8.5cm
Saddle nose to center - 56cm
Bar drop - 6.5cm
