It's not possible to rate your position without knowing your objectives. Are you riding for fitness and don't care about speed? Do you just want to be comfortable or do you want to be fast.

If you're trying to be fast you'd need to lose the baggy clothes and get your back as flat as possible when in the drops. You say you are flexible, so out of curiosity, it would be interesting for you to get rid of all the spacers and try a -17 120-140mm stem. I have a long torso relative to my legs so need to use a 140mm stem.

Alternatively you could get a professional fit for $100-$200.

it looks like you're riding your little brother's bike...and your posture is very upright.

if you stick with that frame, flipping the stem and a 120-130 mm stem might help.

No. He's got an 80 mm stem on it. Of course it looks too short.

I have a couple inches clearance on top tube. I am getting closer. Today's 30 mile ride felt pretty good. The longer and lower stem is making a big difference

Thank you. I am thinking I may order a 100 mm stem. Not sure if I would go longer than that though.
