flat bars for cyclocross bike from manufacturer

hi- new member
I currently have a new Salsa Fatbike. Been doing alot of road biking. Never really thought i would be doing as much as I am. Have extremely bad back and love the riser flat bars. Been looking into flat bar cyclocross bike. However i can't seem to find any manufacturers who make a cyclocross bike with flat bars. I've been reading that it's very costly to change from riser to flat. I can't do a road bike because i believe with the very narrow tires i would still feel every crevice in the road , aside from the fact that i want to ride road, gravel and dirt with this bike.
HELP! ANY SUGGESTIONS????

That's because drop bars are a requirement to race CX.

Not sure I understood your post but I think Giant's Toughroad SLR sound like what you're looking for, maybe?
