Huffy has a bike on sale called their mens terrace comfort bike. Its 27.5" which I assume is the wheel size. I'm only an occassional beach cruiser. But I'm 6'3" 250. Will this work for me? It does not list a frame size. But it's a mens bike. My inseam is 34" so my legs aren't super long.

The size of the wheels has nothing to do with the frame size. Huffy is a big-box department store brand. Most likely, it will be too small. At 6'3" you will need a large to extra-large size frame.
