What Size Bike should i get? [please help]

hello, i am currently looking on purchasing my first fixed gear bike. i am 5'6, 200 pounds. the current bike that i am looking at only comes in a 49cm/53cm/57cm. which one should i choose?

I'd do the bike inseam measurement then multiply by 0.67 for an estimate of your desired seat tube length, then choose the bike that is that size or less.

Ideally a 52 cm. A 54 cm at most.
