Wow, what a difference

I had my carbon road bike fitted today, I was having elbow pain and legs were sore after long rides, they raised my seat about three inches raised my bars about an inch and a half, and replaced my seat and wow what a difference, this bike is much easier to ride, and legs and arms are not as sore, I recommend having your bike fitted ASAP, it is worth the money

That is a HUGE CHANGE. Glad it's working better for you. Did you buy your bike from a shop? Did they not fit it for you?

three inches is mammoth. I thought 1/4" on my seat was a big deal.

Even 3cm would be a large saddle raise - unless you had the saddle WAY too low for some reason?
