Yeah.. had to do it .. the original seat which for person with a normal back (no previous injuries/pain) would probably be fine but was just not working for me i.e. felt like the seat was being pounded into my spine via my tailbone... ok maybe a bit too graphic.. so switched it out for a Cloud 9 big arse gel cushioned sprung seat today. Wow.. much better. I also have a thudbuster on order tho because my back was so messed up today post several short rides yesterday.

I usually would have so many iphone photos by now of my new "toy" tho I haven't taken any .. should get to that tomorrow~
