Bare 20 inch wheel bike frames
I have a 451 wheelset that I took off my swift, and instead of letting it catch dust I want to put it to use. Does anybody know who sells frames alone that could accept these wheels?

Other than gambling in a sight unseen PRC import,
You could ship the wheels to Bike Friday, and they could build a pocket rocket around it.. they charge a lot for bare frames , so you would perhaps save more in the discount for using your wheels and drivetrain parts, than buying a frame bare and DIY on an assembly..
Bikes direct mini velos are complete, though a whole thread is here about modifying them..

Most of the Dahon Mu frames will take them but you will need to go to caliper brakes instead of V-brakes. Lots of BMX race bikes----Mini's are set up to use these wheels. Normally weight limit of the frame is 70 pounds---grin.
Folding bike frames are pretty rare.

Not a frame only but..
I've got a Mu SL11 bike new in box. Came with a QR skewer puncturing the box so a bit scratched.
My thought is you could have a alternative wheel-tire setup with your rims. A bigger tire with a wider range cassette on your rims while standard set would be small and fast
MU SL10s are also prospects. Mu Rohloff and MU Unos also avail on a limited basis. Misses what sort of axles you have in those wheels.
Something will suit those wheels.
