Bikes: customized Dahon Helios 1x10, customized Dahon Smooth Hound 1x11, customized Dahon Hammerhead 8.0 d7, Kinesis GX Race 50(mullet setup 1x11), Forme Calver 37 (1x11), Planet X Giovanissimi 20 (1x9), Orange Zest 20 (1x9)

I had never heard of these; interesting machined wheels. The quoted 10kg could beshaved a little with few mods.
it is not cheap option though. For such investment, I think Brompton remains in the lead.

I also had never heard of it, I just looked it up; I don't like that seat support, that adds a ton of moment to the handlepost.

There is discussion about the Kwiggle with feedback from at least one real owner.

Oh yeah, I had forgotten I had seen it before. The last post was 3 months after purchase, none in the intervening 2 years. That would be a good test interval if they've ridden it often.

Seems like a Strida is a better design for a sub-compact folder.

Had one come into the shop,a cust wanted to compare to a Brompton. He left without really saying anything. I looked up that other thread and found this nugget:

Looking at the bike, and then reading this,I have no desire to even try one of these. I def wouldn't ride one down a steep hill on a bet. It really seems like a specialty product for someone who has a short ride and needs to put their bike in a locker.

Bikes: Bike Friday All-Packa, Zizzo Liberte, Ozark Trail G.1 Explorer

If I was attending CES in Las Vegas or some other mega large shows regularly, I'd get a Kwiggle.
