I'm not sure where to post this. I purchased an old Dahon Getaway on vacation last winter and shipped it home. It currently has Haro La Mesa 2.0 20x2.0 tires (tan sidewall) which appear to be too big, as they scrape the fenders. I'm looking to trade for something slightly narrower, 1.5 or 1.75? Here are some pix of the current tires:

I have a Dahon Thudbuster that fits a Curve D3. Bought it a few years ago and rode in it once or twice but didn't like it. It's silver with a couple of scratches from regular wear. I have all four rubber gaskets and a little bag for them. I'm only a hundred pounds so you can imagine that it's like brand new!
I want to trade for quick release pedals.

Bike Friday tikit rear rack
Hi, I'm searching for a folding rear rack for my Bike Friday tikit, as they no longer make them.
I can trade a brand-new double-sided front rack, painted in their Green Gear color. The front rack is actually pretty nice, carries 25 pounds, and can fold with a right pannier on, but none of my largish panniers seem to fit.

Hello, Abu!
thanks for your proposition, but it's too much for me. Dash european edition DAHON Dash D18 - DAHON approximately cost the same price. It's not pretty like japanese, but for complete bike.
i'll try to find cheaper.
Thank you so much!

So has this become a sale thread as well? I'm happy to upgrade membership and post in the Folding Bikes Marketplace but there's hardly any activity there.
In any case, I have a 7sp Birdy green, interested in trade for F-frame or Bridgestone Moulton
Pictures here: https://goo.gl/photos/FEZmCezbHbFqn6QW7
I bought this about a year ago and haven't ridden it much (but it's a great ride). I think there is a missing stud (see last pic), not sure what it's for (chain retention?). I've folded it several times without problems but it was coddled in the front seat of my car.
The Birdy is in Reno, NV 89509. Bikeflights.com offers good rates on shipping.
* Rear brake: Dia Compe vc737
* Front brake: same
* Levers: Dia Compe direct pull 7
* Rear hub: Shimano Parallax fh mc12
* Front hub: Shimano HB mc12
* Rear derailer: Shimano stx rc
* Saddle: Planet bike A.R.S. spring
* Gripshift: SRAM srt 400-70 ffs 4.0

I was looking to get rid of my Dahon silvertip, preferably in the NYC area, the bike has low mileage and the lock jaw hinges are nice and tight, it has some nics in the paint on the down tube from the crank arms from folding and some of the usual marks from road debris but overall in what I think is good shape. I upgraded the brakes to deore, put in a Cane Creek 40 series headset, changed to narrow bars and a shimano deore trigger shifter for the rear, other than that the bike is stock. If you are interested let me know and make me an offer, the midtown mini frames are hard to come by in the States and in my opinion my favorite folder and surprisingly light (22lbs with the kojack tires).
I also added odi grips, welgo pedals, hookworm tires(barely rode it with them) and a salsa seatpost clamp

Anyone interested in a folding Raleigh 18? It's basically the same as a twenty with slighly
smaller wheels,3 spd., condition very good. Watcha got to trade? in the NW, reasonable,
not expecting to swap for a Rivendell. Would like an old, but good steel wheelset. 27".

I am still looking for a cool folding bike project. Frame, partial bike.. whatever.... but something light and ability to run a double and mount a front derailleur. Would be sweet if it had 135mm rear dropout.
I am also still seeking parts for my 2nd Mobiky Genius build.... which is not so light. I need the original complete handlebar assembly, complete telescoping seat post assembly and a rear wheel (Sturmey Archer SRB-3 brake band hub)

Anyone interested in a swap for my dual drive mezzo. I no longer need this bike as it was a back up commuter to my other faithful dualdrive mezzo. I now have three birdies so dont really need a back up.
Consider many cycling items with a current secoundhand value of about £400. It does not have to be a folding bike. Else other folders, tandems, bike friday, electric bike....love one of the King of folding bikes also. From the who else wants one of these thread.
I am based in york in the UK but visit nottingham and newcastle quite frequently.

OK, yet one last thing I'm looking for. Not much action in this thread. I guess folder lovers are few and far between. Looking for a Xootr Swift or original Swift folder frame and fork for build up. Just picked up a Dahon Helios frame but want one more for a over winter project. I love little wheels!
