I dunno; it's clearly photographed on a boat, and is just the sort of bike people buy, put on their boat, and never use. People who can afford boats don't usually need to know anything about a bike to justify buying it.

I don't expect this one to last long after I post it.... a Xootr Swift converted to SS, with lots of the original parts included. Apparently it comes with a Brooks B-17 saddle.
