Intelligent minds can disagree. Having owned a Mobiky, I can tell you that it rolls more easily folded than any other bike I've seen. For commutes of <10 mi. on either side of a train or bus ride, I think it's pretty tough to beat.

I'm not a big fan of mobiky. Frankly, it was the worst handling bike I've ridden so far. It was so unstable that I had to try hard to go straight in a line.. And it is very heavy (even heavier than bromptons) and quite expensive. And I know some mobiky owners suffering from spoke breakage problem too.

If you have absolutely no need to pack it up for public transit, you'd better choose 26" options such as dahon cadenza.

I like the look of the mobiky but I must ask,
how are those owners breaking spokes? they're 12 in wheels
with what? 26h or 28holes? or are they doing BMX stunts with the bike?
I do think it's a little bit pricey, it's close to the Swift range but then
it does have some decent name brand components.

After riding one recently I'd have to agree with ya.
Looks pretty cool but handles like a mule... hey maybe it grows on ya

I'd go with a Dahon anyday!
