Folding Single Speed

Hi, I was wondering what would be the best folding frame to convert into a single speed.

Would the Downtube 8HN work?
https://www.downtube.com/product535.html

Thanks.

I can't comment on how good it would be as a single speed but if you do go that round, send me the SA hub please.

Bikes: not as many but still too many

Why not just get a Dahon boardwalk from camping world and a spare bmx wheel ?Get a fixed cog and red loctite coat the threads on the cog and the bmx wheel .Screw them together wait 3 or 4 days for it to dry.Ride it slowly at first to test it .Then enjoy.
