speed TR pannier advice

Hi all, have just taken possession of a 2007 speed TR, which I am really pleased with, but am experiencing heel strike on my panniers. I could just fit much smaller ones , but that kind of defeats the object. Anyone got any recommendations on larger ones which might still be OK because of their design.
cheers

Dahon has a new rack, the Traveller.

It looks like it's higher and further back than the touring rack they put on the Speed TR that year.

I have Deuter Panniers on my 2008 Speed TR and they just barely clear when installed as far back as possible. But clear is clear be it an inch or a foot.
