Selling new IF Mode!

As mentioned in another thread I recently received an IF Mode. Little did I know that my company also received another for review at the same time. My biz partner, however doesn't ride any more (prefers scooters), so I'm selling the other one. Brand new and never ridden. I love this bike, it's probably my favourite folder. Since it's brand new I'm going to ask maybe $2000 for it which is a little lower than what Areaware sells it for, only because I removed the packing material to inspect it when we thought we had another buyer. If you're in or nearBoston and want to get it come over and take a look as it'd make things a lot easier too.

As previously mentioned in another thread, here's a overview of my main IF Mode. I love it! https://youtube.com/watch?v=RVHNArOhVP0

if somebody receives a expensive bike for review purposes ... isnt that bike supposed to be given back ?
Instead of being sold under cost ?

just wondering ,
maybe I can make a review of that bike as well ?

So new forum new rules regarding posting about bikes for sales? There is a thread for that. Maybe I should start 10 threads to sell my 10 folders.

Is it ethical for a reviewer to receive products from companies for sale? Certainly I wouldn't trust such a review.

Bikes: who cares?

music industry sends out hundreds of demos for review every month, they all end up in either the landfill or the used record stores.

Not sure if you realize it, but you provided evidence for my point.

Ours were gifts and just bought the one, otherwise we'd have to send both back. It's legit.

necco, just wonder, what kind of a company is it that it does reviews of $2000 bikes and hookas?

About as ethical as someone pretending to have experience on a bike and then including his "findings" in a comparative review.

you forgot to say TRUST ME at the end of that sentence ...lol

so .......let me understand.... I am working for an export import company as well, somehow.... I am obviously doing something very wrong as I dont get 2500 dlr bikes send to me ...... Why would they Gift you two ...in order to write up some test ...or whatever. And why have you apid for one ( if it is a gift ?) and the other one is free to sell ? It all doesnt make too much sense ..... Probably cause you are testing that smoking apparatus a little bit to much ? Is that import export company selling them as well ?

I should email areaware if they have more bikes to give away for free. I am ready to test some bikes ...

Actually, EastBiker, you did mention his name. You quoted the text of his post which automatically includes his name.

I quoted him because I was responding to a post he made. I didn't specifically mention him as guilty of the situation I posed, but he replied by accusing me of being a troll. Feel free though to defend your friend's methodology in his comparative studies, as it seems you agree with it.

well I dont use as much well written words in any one sentence as you do ... but when quoting feijai I did not quite understand why you were quoting him and basically accusing him of what the orifinal poster was doing ? A couple of those well written words of yours would have clarify the situation.

just my 3 cts

Just wondering if the If Mode ever sold. And if so, how much? That is, if the OP is still around and hasn't been tarred-and-feathered by some of you folks.
