24" detatchable w 2 speed kickback.
Got this one last autumn, dumpster guy kept it for me 
. Steptrough detatchable, looks totally new, just pumped up the (cracked) tires and rode it. Two speed kickback hub with coaster brake.

When I was a kid, I had a 2 speed like that on a 20" banana seat stingray copy of some sort. I kept the two speed info to myself, and my buddies could never figure out how I could out ride them (on similar one speed bikes) so often. I've not seen them mentioned here on BF very much, so thanks for posting. Now I know what to call it. Now to find another one someday.
