Update on my Tikit2

i added an Ergon grip (they run long so i had to hacksawed it to fit the handlebar). oh by the way those are the regular ergon grips and not the twist shifter ergon. i both cut them to fit the handlebar. i put all the electronic hardwares to my Tikit2 from my Mu XL. now it has a stella light in motion, VDO wireless cyclocomputer, additional Nashbar 9 LED light. handlebar of the Tikit is about an inch shorter than the Dahon handlebar. its not easy trying to fit all those hardwares on the bar. i am now thinking of maybe replacing it with a regular flat bar. here's what my Tikit's cockpit looks like:

Added NOTE: the reason i have the second front light is because the light in motion doesn't have the blinking mode. i just use my nashbar front light for it's blinking mode when i bike at daytime. i make sure the motorist can see me in broad daylight.

This reminds me that I really need some Ergon-style grips on mine. I still have the original foam grips.

the feel of this grip is so much better and solid. i got this on sale at performancebike for only $21. it's the regular size but if you've got a hacksaw and sandpaper it is an easy job. you can even customize it to the length that you want.
