Culture 20" Folder
I was perusing the local Craigslist today and came across this:

The owner calls it a Culture, but for the life of me I can't find anything on it. The pictures on the listing aren't the best, but anyone familiar with this folder? If it's a decent model I was thinking about making it into my first go at a fixer-upper project.
