Ergons on S-type Brompton - Recommendations
I've searched the threads and can't find anything which specifically recommends which Ergons fit without butchering?
I'm picking up my S-type in a couple of hours and would like to pop some Ergons on. My preference is for something like the GA1, GX1 Leichtbau, GP1 or GP1 BioKork.
Thanks in advance

I'm sure it's only the M-bar that requires shorter than usual grip lengths, with the S type there should be no problem. I've only used the GP1 and I think they're fantastic though obviously a lot heavier than stock foam grips.

I used the GX2 regular length. However, I did take about 5mm off the length of the grips (using a sharp knife) because everything felt a bit squeezed towards the center of the bar - but it did fit without any cutting.

I am using normal size GP1 on recent model 6sp S. Did not have to cut the grips and overall I am happy with the setup.
It seems that Brompton added a couple of cm to recent model S handlebars.
