Its smaller than the Curve.... hence my personal recomendation on the website to be used by a little smaller folks than Dahon shows on their dealer sheets. Somebody who is 6.4 has no business riding this bike in my opinion.
It rides nice, just not for hundreds of miles....super great for commuting and using it for the last mile or two, super great for sticking it in your boat or other small places.... and putz around the harbour or make short errands.
Its not designed to enter a century in my opinion ....

The Curve has much more room and rides better ( 8 speeds and all )

Do I see correctly, Moulton section at ThorUSA ???

Thor, any chance also for a Brompton section? Maybe not SJCycles scale but at least having basic spare parts and after market from a local online source.

I've mentioned on the Dahon Forum that I bought a new Moulton 4-speed in the summer of 1964 (distributed by Huffy through Montgomery Ward). It was my primary bike until late 2004. I couldn't adjust it to being upright enough so that I could ride it any distance with the back, neck and shoulder issues that I had at that time. And I did not want to pig it up. By chance, I test rode a Giant Revive and did not hurt. So I bought the Revive (48 pounds of comfort) and sold the Moulton to a guy in Arizona who knew what it was. When my physical issues subsided four years later, I started looking for something lighter and more nimble than the Revive. I bought a used 2004 Dahon Speed P8 because: (1) it had small wheels, (2) it looked similar to the Moulton, and (3) Thor and some others recommended the Speed P8 model as a good choice for someone who wasn't sure which model to get.

I spent some time at the Moulton booth at InterBike lusting after the Moulton 60. Now it looks like that if I suddenly get a bunch of money I can just order one from ThorUSA. :thumb:
