Source for 16" / ERD 305mm rim

Anybody have a source for a quality BSD 305mm (16") rim that I can order from North America or available through a distributor that I could access through my LBS? 28h or 32h drilling acceptable.

The Velocity Aeroheat in this size would be perfect but I think it's only a theoretical item for Velocity unless someone steps up with a big order.

UK, not US but others can maybe give you a US source.

Yeah those are all BSD 349mm rims. (Should have said BSD instead of ERD in my original post).
