Bikes: "Hildy", a Novara Randonee touring bike; a 16-speed Bike Friday Tikit; and a Specialized Stumpjumper frame-based built-up MTB, now serving as the kid-carrier, grocery-getter.

Can anyone recommend a DC shop for hub maintenance on a Dahon?
My Dahon Curve D3 needs a tuneup and maybe some maintenance on the rear hub (it's making an odd noise when coasting). Could anyone recommend any shops in DC for maintenance? Northwest would be best, if possible.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Welcome to the area.
For something old school like IGHs, I'd go to the Bicycle Pro Shop in Georgetown or District Hardware/the Bike Shop in the West End. Although I suspect that with more IGHs out there now, more shops are adept at handling something relatively simple as a three speed hub. Mind you, if I had to pick two shops for just about anything, I'd probably pick the Bicycle Pro Shop and District Hardware.

The obvious choices to me would be the folding experts: Bikes@Vienna in, erm, Vienna, Mt. Airy Bicycles just east of Frederick, and Mt. Airy's sister store, College Park Bicycles.
