I'm pretty sure it's a MIXIE. You can even see the logo on the fork in your original photo.

Probably between 20-25 pounds, but that's just a guess. My Alton weighs around 23 pounds and my Sillgey is right at 20 pounds. All 3 bikes share similar geometry.
