Welp, there she is the blue beast The only changes I have made to the bike are the platform pedals, cruiser seat (off my Electra Cruiser), new handlebars, tires, and removed the fenders. The only other thing I would like to do is change out the crank arms and get a bash guard. I really enjoy the bike and it gives my legs one heck of a work out. Originally I bought it thinking my gf would ride it but she gave up on biking altogether (her loss).

*UPDATE:Ill just add the newest pics here*

I definitely had a sign on me "Does this bike make me look fat" but it was all about the fun.

Nice! Happy to hear that you're enjoying this bike so much!

How is the ride quality by the way?

The ride is pretty smooth but I wouldnt make it my long distance bike of choice. I swapped out the fatty seat for a more standard one. I am a pretty big dude so the 20x1.95 may get swapped for 20x2.125 for a little more cushion.

Agreed. Schwalbe Big Apple tires are very "cushy" while having the ability to take high pressure and also great puncture resistance too.

The other option if you don't want to replace the (new) tires that are already on there, you could opt for a suspension seatpost, or (for a little more money) you could get a Pantour suspension hub. (I'm not sure how much the brakes are affected by the suspension hub though?)

Holy crap at hub doesnt look right in action! I have never seen or heard of such a thing but that is an option. Also, who makes a decent suspension seat post for folders?
