Adjust rear Neos derailleur

I'm new to bike maintenance but having fun with it. I'm trying to make sure my gears are correctly aligned. The video below is what I'm using for guidance but the two screws don't stand out to me when I inspect the Neos derailleur on my Tern Link P9. Does anyone with any experience with it mind giving me some guidance please?

Thanks guys!

Very kind of you. I've been looking through manuals but couldn't find anything. I'll check that link.

Thanks again!

I remember playing with the der on my sons bike for the first time one week ago. I was also left with the impression this der did not have those two screws, until I found them on the other side from where they normally are, just behind the riders heel.

I was told that it is sometimes easier to remove the derailleur from the frame before working on it.

I'll bear that in mind. Though I'd be worried about getting it back on properly .

Stroke limit screws as set to stop the guide pulley directly under the last cog on each end of the cassette/freewheel.
Every other adjustment is the cable tension , you should not need to touch the stroke limit screws again.

B screw gets screwed in to make RD clear larger low ratio cogs.
It increases the counter force of a spring around the mounting bolt.
