I am going to start of by saying wow I really don't like this thing and the manual I found online for it doesn't help. The manual offers little or no instructions on interacting with the HMI and I think from what little I found it said in the manual you are most likely S.O.L. It states that the eu market models are limited to 6kph and the US and Korean Models are limited to 32kph and from the manuals omission of higher function programing through the HMI, I gather that they don't give the consumers access to those features so you probably have to find a dealer and the setting could legally be hard coded into your bike to prevent bypassing the statutes that required it in its intended market. These are the risks we take in our zeal to get grey market goods before a local release. Sorry

Hi hafftrak,

The Mando Footloose is basically electronic, so changing the setting for the speed regulator by anyone familiar with the Mando Footloose should not be a problem. Who did you contact at Mando Footloose? They should be able to refer you to someone that is a technician.
If they are able to solve problem or not, please let me know.
