help identifying old travel/foldable/circus?? bicycle



Hello,
New to the Forum and am glad to have found such a community.
I am looking to pick this old bike up, but really know nothing about it, nor can I find any info.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

that thing is excellent! i wouldn't depend on it for transportation, though!

I believe that is a childs bicycle. I have seen many like that in antique shops over the years. Roger
