anybody know if this bike is the same like they use to sell the dunlop evo,I wanted to buy one and now there are selling this one

these types of low quality bikes are often cited as representing "good value for the money". but, it's difficult to argue that something is a good value if it is actually worth less than you paid for it.

save your money and search for deals. this is an example of "value for money":

Bikes: Mezzo I4, Trek 1200, Rudge (Montague) BiFrame, Bickerton

I have some vey limited experiance of the Dunlop bike. It was surprisingly good value, the frame seemed well made and my only real concern was the folding handle stem was clumsy making the fold bigger than it could have been. The muddyfox looks very similar, particularly the frame but it comes with mud guards where the dunlop did not.

I just got the bike and looks ok but I couldn't take a ride now,but I noticed that when the chain is on the big cog theres a little space from the derailleur pulley to the wheel about 8mm,is this normal?

handlebar height is not adjustable with that stem. you could replace the existing handlebars with a riser handlebar or maybe use a stem extender.

can some one please tell me how to take out the steam so I can mesure the fork diameter to see if I can change it.I took the screw from the side and from inside but it s not moving nothing

I'm guessing you'd unbolt the entire handlepost at the base in the same manner you'd remove a threadless stem:
