Cannot edit my password ? ? ?

Cannot edit my password ? ? ?
I was locked out and forgot my password and was given a pregenerated password to sign in with. I was also advised to edit my password to something of my choosing and easier to keep up with. As soon as I type the 1st character of my new password ........ I get a message that it is Invalid. All I typed in was a capital letter G . I tried other numbers and letters for a different first letter in my password and was immediately informed that it was invalid. let me know please when this is fixed so I can edit my password to something I can remember.

Did you keep typing and finish the password? Many sites I go to will test and flag your new password as you enter each character so you can see before hitting enter if your password meets the requirements. Obviously on the first character it's too short to be valid. But keep typing and maybe you'll get there.
