how to cut and paste from a thread/post
I see them, but cannot get the
to properly post with original posters name attached in the box. Help.

To get the original poster's name attached like this:
You actually have to use the Quote feature. Either click the "reply w/quote" link at the bottom of the post you wish to quote, or click the
button and type =original poster's name immediately before the first ].

I do appreciate the assistance-but my online tech skills are few and far between-once more with detail please-I get the idea behind included the entire post in the reply-it's the original posters name and specific quote I'm challenged on. Many thanks.

If you want to do it manually you type the following (using square brackets, ie. '[' and ']', not curved ones): (quote=pgpdir) then the material to be quoted, then (/quote).
