Thanks for your patience everyone. It appears that a gremlin from the old server came over in the migration. We are attempting to track down a database connection leak in the code. In the meantime, we have setup a process to systematically kill off these orphan connections while we hunt the problem down. Please let us know if you encounter anymore problems. Thanks for the heads-up, and good luck tracking down your gremlins.
BTW - you might want to consider switching to a more robust development environment like ASP.Net / SQL Server (my tools of choice)...just sayin'...and ducking and running for cover.
