How to remove Auto-subscribe to thread when posting in it

I just noticed in my CP that every thread I've posted in I am subscribed to.
Where is the option to turn that off. I'm pretty familiar with VB, did I just miss it?

Settings at the top right of the screen (in the banner)->My Account->General Settings-> scroll down to Messaging and Notification. Select 'do not subscribe' and that should fix it.

You can still 'manually' subscribe to threads of interest.

Apparently, I had mine set to auto subscribe to everything. More than 100 pages in the folder. I just wiped them all out and set the value in the drop box to 'don't save anything'. I then subscribed to a thread I'd like to follow and it appeared in my subscription folder. I then went and posted in a different thread and that did not appear in the folder.
