Problems with Google Chrome opening the site.

Most of the time when I try to go to the forum from Chrome I get this error message:
ERROR

"The requested URL could not be retrieved

The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL: Foo

Connection to 98.158.195.199 failed.

The system returned: (110) Connection timed out

The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again."

This happens with the other subforums and main page as well. I keep my caches clean and whatnot and everything else seems fine. The site works fine on Firefox, but I'd rather not have to switch browsers every time I come here. Thanks!

I am currently using Chrome and I don't have any issues. What version are you using?

It says version 35.0.1916.153 m. It's working right now. Seems to be intermittent.

You might want to check and see if your OS is up to date as well. I only say this because just a little bit ago, maybe half an hour or so, I decided to use Chrome for something and it just wouldn't respond at all- none of the apps or extensions would load, couldn't open the settings menu- all I could do was open and close tabs/windows... I happened to notice that my OS (Win 8.1) was wanting to do a restart to finish updates. Did the restart and now Chrome is purring along. They should be independent of each other, but with how programs are integrating with the OS so much these days...

I'm up to date, but I am still running XP, lol, so maybe therein lies the problem.
