fatbike fork build

I got a bluto suspension fork for my fatbike when the fork was recalled. I ride it a lot in the winter when a rigid fork is probably a better idea, and salt buildup on a suspension fork is a horrible idea. So I'm building a fork. Just waiting for dummy axles from Anvil
