you have to be an upgraded member to post for sale threads. We used to have a for-sale thread stickied, but it got un-stuck

Are two other frame "forums" for posting to. I'm curious- what have you got for sale? Andy.

you have to pay to post a classified at VSalon. You can join the framebuilder tooling group on facebook and post there.

Wish I was in the need for an alignment table but already have mine set up the way I like. The only alignment tooling I'm open for are alignment bars and head tube measuring bar with cones (as mine are home made). I am sending you a PM related to your sale. Andy

Ross- I was surprised to hear that this forum charges for sale posts. I knew about restricted PMing (but thought that you could at least receive one) and also restricted photo posting. IIRC you 3 posts now grant you full use.

If you do have an extra alignment bar and cone set please do let me know.

BTW are you the same Ross that was involved with the early MtB movement way back when? Andy.

Yup, I'm thinkin' I'm the Ross you might be referring to. Former owner and founder of Salsa Cycles.

I'm in the final throes of a major shop repair/renovation, so there's some digging to do to see if I have the bar/cone set up I'm thinking of.

I'll try to dig around in the next couple of days.

Junk posts made just to get to 10 are not allowed. If you want to get to 10 posts participate in the forum. Or, if you're here just to sell something you will need to purchase a Premium Membership.. $12/yr, 20/2 yr/, $3/30 day trial membership.

Bikes: Homebuilt steel

My suggestion is to get some good photos of everything and upload to flickr or similar. Then post up on the framebuilders list. Oh, and don't forget to share who you are, because that will be a strong selling point!

Good luck

I sure hope those here, in at least this sub forum, know who Ross is. If not they should study mountain bike history a bit more Andy

Ross didn't need to PM me as I had provided my direct email. But he didn't reply either way. I'm still curious what he has for sale. Andy
