Bianchi Dropout Question

Not my bike.

I've seen these Bianchi rear dropouts with what looks to be a bolt in them. What's it for? Fenders or rack mounting? (edit, I can't remember if the NDS has them as well).

Most likely for a rack or fender mount. I see no bolts though in the image, just a hole that probably has threads to accept a M5 bolt. Andy

Somehow I missed putting in "hole". Thanks

Well, they do have a bolt in them that helps one adjust where the rear axle sits in the dropout, and to get the two sides even.
