The first thing I noticed when looking at the website's bike shots was that every fork looked the same. Nothing wrong with this and it seems to be the way new builders are doing it. Andy

I didn't look far enough down the page. I count 6 out of 129 with curved blades. It's a fair hope that some of the straight bladed forks are steel and self made. But curved carbon bladed forks have been offered too...
I guess I am getting tired of a "look" that seems so prevalent these days. I had much the same reaction when I was at the recent Philie show. Andy

Not that anyone cares but I like curved fork blades. It is one of the first things that catches my eye when I examine a bicycle. I'm kind of used to it now but when the straight blades started becoming ubiquitous on road bikes it was always a shock to my aesthetic sensibilities. A pair of gracefully curved fork blades will always get my upvote, every single time.

Having just liked HS's above post I find myself using straight blades if a disk brake is speced. Maybe one day I will fab a curved blade disk caliper mount... Andy

Blame Ernesto. Must have looked cool to have straight blades back in 1989.
Since Nova never has their disc blades nowadays, I gave up on the idea of bending them. Probably have to get a longer lever for my bender, and I figure there would be a learning curve where I waste at least a couple blades. The Reynolds raked fork blades aren't exactly the curve I would like, but close enough. You just miter the mount to the blade.
