Cracks in Raleigh Frame

I found a 70's Raleigh an Freecycle about a week ago. I emailed the lady instantly but didnt hear back until this past Thursday. She said there was one other person in line but call on Sunday to see if it was still there. So I called and it was still available and only about 5 blocks away!! So I threw my trailer on and rode over to the house and there was this frame sitting on the back porch with a box full of Campy parts.
Got it home and looked through all the parts. The left pedal is missing as well as the headset bearings. Then I found some cracks in the end of the seat stays.

Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated
