Bent steel frame- fixable?

Hello all! I'm considering buying a steel frame that is said to have been "rear ended by a car". I was wondering if it would be possible to fix this frame or if it was even safe to ride. Keep in mind I'm light and weigh in at about 125 lbs.

Worth buying and trying to fix, or would it be better as a wall ornament?
Thanks for your opinions!

It looks repairable to me but you need to replace the stays. Not a super hard job but obviously, requires brazing.

that's sad. As Nessium says, needs new stays. You could probably have that dropout salvaged. Might be an expensive repair, what kind of frame is it, and how much do they want for it?

It's a Vivalo NJS frame that is up on eBay. I was thinking of bidding $140 or $150 on it, but I bet the going price will be closer to $200 or $225. What do you think is fair?

repairing stays are more difficult than repairing main tubes. I think it would cost at least $200 and up to get it properly repaired.
