What kinds of questions do you have?

I am building a polo bike. 26" freewheel. I want it to handle really well at pretty low speeds. I ride a pretty low gear, about 33/25 so that's as fast as i get going. I'm thinking that the steering angle's and low bb height of a dirt jumper with a longer, flatter top tube would be good?

Maybe finding out who makes circus bikes would be a good start?
