head tube welding

Hello frame builders
I got an accident last winter on my bike and got head tube detached and top tube bended a little. Wanted to ask if it worth to fix it. Would it be expensive? What would be amount of work and time.

I like this frame a lot can't just throw it out
Thanks

Of course you can fix it, but it probably isn't economic. To do a proper job, the top and down tubes would have to be replaced.
