gap in seat stay / lug

On my new (to me) merckx...should I be concerned, or just keep an eye on it?
It's on the underside, and pretty small.

It looks like a couple of pin holes in the brazing material and a small area of incomplete filing. Nothing to worry about. Keep an eye on it (and the rest of any bike) as you clean the bike for cracks and changes.
