I took Simone for a quick spin or two around the lot as well. She feels great but I'm not happy with the shifting. I'm pretty sure I have the Shifters back together correctly and the issue is the FW. I have a 6spd one ona wheels spaced for 7 and I think the RD is just bumping the stop, not the screw, and simply doesn't like to go that far.
