Some scratches but no rust inside, no dings. Some odd parts but I had to have it.

What model Brooks is this? It’s different than my others but is super clean.

The skate park is near by, so all my bikes go down the ramps when we end up there.

Here’s the new stem setup. I’m guessing the new bars will require more cables, which I’m sure could use replacement anyway. All roads seem to lead to Rivendell, bars, racks, cables, pedals, fenders. Oof, these prices are high as a giraffes tail.

I wonder if I could modify the brake cable hanger to work with this…

This is with it just set on a bike the seller has handy, I was trying to get the measurements to get an idea of fitting.

They'll work, kinda.. but I want to stop dead in my tracks if need be and I am planning on loading it down with racks and gear which will only intensify the need..

Maybe my LBS can get them dialed in for me.

Front fender, I used 1/8'' pieces of 2x4 taped to the tire. (Cutting 1/8'' from 2x4 on the miter saw as suggested) (This is a 41mm tire, which is a little bigger than I plan to use but I don't want to be limited by the fender.) 52mm fender

rear fender. I'm happy with the radius I've gotten it bent to. It's not too tight or too loose and looks symmetrical to me.

This is the one I made. The issue I have is the dowel rod is a perfect circle, where my fenders are not, so I am hoping that this hickory axe handle will work since it seems to have a very similar shape.

I drilled it with a drill press, then worked it with a rasp to get the shape of the top of the crown then used a dremel to smooth it out but I probably could've just a drill and got a similar result.

I am not sure how to best approach this section, I'm guessing treat it the same as the fork and dimple it. But I'm going to research it until I'm sure before I start any modifications.

Front fender radiused as described in the provided link with 1/8" wood blocks cut from the miter saw taped to the tire at 10' o'clock 12 and 2.

Rear fender. They look symmetrical to me, at first the front and rear had a bow to them and I dislike the way that looks. It now sits perfectly from what I can see.

This is how it shows to dimple the sides for the crown.

This is the one I made I tried a dowel rod but it was perfectly round and didn't match the shape of my fenders so I tried this axe handle which seems to match it perfectly. If I had calipers I could figure out exactly how recessed this needed to be but I'll just have to play it safe and go slow, repeatedly checking and adjusting.

first I drilled it out on the drill press then shaped it with a rasp, cleaned it with a dremel and then reduced it again with the miter saw which I may need to do again. but the Hickory handle should perform nicely and it will be more of a light repeated tap with a mallet than a smash.
