It now has smallish panniers and the front bag is being lowered to just above the caliper. The headset, Cinelli stem and bar are all being replaced with an innicycle adapter, modern stem and 31.8 bar. With the bag now down in front of the head tube, a Garmin Varia headlight will be used, with the Garmin GPS being mounted over that, on the same mount. I have yet to figure out a taillight choice with the panniers and trunk bag. It's very light without the bags. I've also converted to Shimano
